Fresh Start, KEDGE's reconversion course for graduates

Are you KEDGE Business School graduate and undergoing a professional repositioning? Are you hesitant about making a career change? Discover the Fresh Start course, aimed at those who wish to shift directions.

As part of its range of support services designed for Alumni, KEDGE BS Alumni offers the "Fresh Start" programme to assist you in your career conversion. 

Are you currently employed and want to change careers, or are you looking for a different job after having worked for several years at a company? Would you like to receive support in your professional repositioning endeavours? Don't hesitate to take advantage of the Fresh Start programme. 

Objectives:

To encourage participants to reflect on their professional development we will:

  • Analyse your career path and your achievements. Identify your strengths, assets, and points of effort in order to transform them into areas for growth.
  • Help you plan for the future by building a professional project, and being part of a dynamic of change and progress.
  • Draw up an action plan with you, and define the means and actions that need to be implemented in order to make your transformation happen.

Don't hesitate to take advantage of the Fresh Start programme offered via video-conference, which is available to EVERYONE, wherever they are! 

Detailed programme: 

  • 1st GROUP workshop: Get started
  • 2nd GROUP workshop: Getting to know yourself with the "MBTI Diagnosis" in a group setting
  • 3rd INDIVIDUAL workshop (1.5h): Getting to know yourself better with the "MBTI Diagnosis" in an individual setting
  • 4th GROUP workshop: Valuing one's skills capital (Presentation of professional achievements, identification of key transferable skills)
  • 5th INDIVIDUAL workshop (1h): Gathering personal elements to create your pitch
  • 6th GROUP workshop: Constructing and presenting your project
  • 7th INDIVIDUAL workshop (1h): Approving the project, action plan
  • 8th GROUP workshop: Feedback, updating action plans, recap

Session dates:  

  • GROUP: Thursday, 14 January 2021, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm
  • GROUP: Thursday, 21 January 2021 from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm
  • INDIVIDUAL: between 21 January and 4 February 2021
  • GROUP: Thursday, 4 February 2021, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm
  • INDIVIDUAL: between 4 February and 25 February 2021
  • GROUP: Thursday, 25 February 2021, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm
  • INDIVIDUAL: between 25 February and 11 March
  • GROUP: Thursday, 11 March 2021, from 6.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Practical information:

  • 6 participants maximum
  • the module consists of five group workshops (14 hrs total) and 3.5 total hrs of individual sessions
  • workshop held via video-conference. You just need a computer, an internet connection, and ideally a webcam.

The day before each session, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop.
