Take strategic decisions in crisis situations

 KEDGE Alumni has organised a new group workshop for Alumni on “Take strategic decisions in crisis situations.”

Option: You can also take advantage of 1 or 2 hours of individual and personalised coaching with our coach after the workshop.

Workshop objectives: 

“Take strategic decisions during crisis situations” is a practical workshop to work on making our decisions in a conscious manner and understanding our automatic reflexes. The meaning we put behind the word “crisis” is unique to each of us. Social, family, professional, or personal: which areas of life are impacted? 

Without forgetting an important factor, which is the notion of urgency: "I don't have time, I have to act right away" and "I’m anticipating it and preparing for it". A strategy is applied in both cases.

Detailed programme:

• Dealing with unpleasant situations: finding the learning zone between the comfort zone (habits) and the panic zone (the unknown). This is the “stretch zone”, the transition phase (capability).
• Know how to manage negative emotions that are expressed and that can compromise our ability to think and make rational decisions.
• The road to taking decisions; the 10 major traps of decision-making.
• Identifying our automatic responses. Knowing how to take our decisions in conscience manner to minimise the risk of error.
• It is a matter of taking strategic decisions intentionally, using the above skills, to provide an urgent response to the crisis at hand. Taking no decision is also making a decision.

This workshop consists of 4 three-hour sessions.

• Thursday, 8 April 2021, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Thursday, 15 April 2021, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Tuesday, 27 April 2021, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm
• Tuesday, 4 May 2021, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm 

This workshop will be held via video-conference. You just need a computer and an internet connection. 

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop. 

ADVANTAGES: you can attend from your home or workplace. 

• OPTION - individual coaching: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session. Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeit.
