Objectives

These two workshops will provide you with the basic skills needed to draw up a forecast. You will then know how to calculate the figures necessary for any entrepreneurial project and to give meaning to them.

• Drafting a financing plan
• Preparing a profit and loss account
• Drawing up a cash flow plan
• Understanding determining bank indicators
• Understanding the important factors that influence a forecast
• The unique characteristics of start-ups
• A free tool to start a basic forecast

Option: You can also benefit from individual and personalised coaching with our coach following this workshop.

WHO’S IT FOR?

Entrepreneurs or any person wishing to launch an entrepreneurial venture and who wants to give quantitative visibility to their project.

Cannot be receiving support from the KEDGE Business Nursery.

• Workshops: 
• Session 1: Thursday, 24 February 2022 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm
• Session 2: Wednesday, 2 March 2022 from 12:00 to 2:00 pm

🌎This workshop is held by video conference so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether located in France or abroad! You just need a computer, internet access, and a webcam (strongly suggested).

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop. 

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session.

Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeited.
