Professional (re)positioning strategy

Objectives

For anyone with "a desire to get some fresh air, who wants to see if the grass is greener somewhere else", positioning themselves on the job market, or repositioning themselves either internally or externally from their current position.

The "Professional (Re)Positioning Strategy" workshop focuses on the participant, teaching them to be active, autonomous, and responsible for his or her approach with a vision at CT, MT, and LT.

This provides participants with the wherewithal to create a career plan, provides them with tools that are adapted to their personal strategy, and to the ability to position themselves on the job market in the geographical area they wish to be in. "I am deciding to change my work environment, not to escape but to improve". It is also to motivate the participant:

Additionally, the workshop aims to motivate participants to:

1. Identify and construct their professional project in accordance with their aptitudes, skills, aspirations, values, and motivations;
2. Set an objective and build/follow an action plan, and build a bridge between where they currently are and where they want to go;
3. Adapt, get out of their comfort zone, act on their strategy at the right moment: expand their network, seize opportunities as they arise, form contacts, and other actions.

The mistake we often make is to do "the same thing over and over that hasn’t worked". 

In these times, we can no longer content ourselves with only responding to job adverts. A professional repositioning must be strategic: completed in a timely manner, planned, adapted to the job market, and motivating.

🌎This workshop is being held remotely, so is accessible to EVERYONE, whether located in France or abroad! You just need a computer, internet access, and a webcam (strongly suggested). 

The day before the workshop, you will receive a link that will allow you to connect to the workshop. 

• INDIVIDUAL COACHING OPTION: After the workshop, our coach will contact you directly to schedule your coaching session.

Attention, any session that is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice will be forfeited.
