TAMM Program by the CMA CGM Group - A passport to employment and a professional certificate

CMA CGM ACADEMY is offering a training programme in transport and logistics for the start of the 2021 academic year: the TAMM Program (Air and Sea Freight Transport).

The CMA CGM Group is launching the TAMM Programme (Air and Maritime Freight Transport) for the academic year beginning in September 2021. A real springboard for a career in the company, this work-study programme is aimed at young graduates in the 2nd year’s Master and will be held almost exclusively at CMA CGM.  Three weeks each month will be spent on the job and the remaining week will be spent receiving training at the CMA CGM Academy. This programme will allow young graduates to increase their knowledge of the maritime transport industry through immersion in the workings of the business, as well as through training courses,  and to receive qualifications from CMA CGM’s corporate university.

The aim?

To recruit and train future employees in one of the Group's two key professions: Sales Assistant or Maritime Flow Management Assistant. You will be recruited on a work-study basis for a position with a training period in our CMA CGM ACADEMY (rhythm: 3 weeks on the job / 1 week in training).

An experience at the heart of the business

In this programme, participants will acquire expertise in shipping and logistics by attending specially designed courses led by experienced trainers who know the company and its requirements well. At the end of the year, participants will be awarded a double certification: an OTAMM professional title registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications (RNCP) and a CMA CGM ACADEMY certification per the job path chosen. This programme is entirely financed by the company and will take the form of a 12-month apprenticeship contract with a start date in September 2021.
