What is a Graduate Programme and what are the advantages of doing one?
A graduate programme is a recruitment tool for large companies that lets them recruit leading students, train them throughout the programme (between 1 and 3 years), and integrate them into their workforce. The objective is to be able to offer them management positions, which are often reserved for people with more experience and seniority.
There are many benefits for those who decide to participate in a graduate programme, and not only the chance to move quickly into lucrative positions. With the promotional spirit of a graduate programme, there’s also an opportunity to work abroad in international offices, regularly change positions and job duties, as well as the opportunity to build an internal, inter-departmental network.

Mars Leadership Experience:
This Graduate Programme provides management experience and is offered in more than 15 different countries (France, England, Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Austria, Scandinavian countries, Greece, Israel, Spain, Ukraine, Switzerland, Italy, Ireland, and Belgium).
The Mars Leadership Experience programme is the perfect start to a career in management and leadership. You will have the opportunity to manage projects, take on roles that have local and international exposure, manage teams, make decisions with real consequences, and so much more. The challenges will be big, and they will come fast. They’ll take you away like never before.

Mars Procurement Leadership Experience:
This second programme is focused on purchasing logistics, and offers the same management and leadership aspect as the other. It’s offered in three countries: England, Germany, and Poland.
Take part in this Mars programme and custom-build a better and more prosperous future for your community, the planet, and yourself. From the moment you decide to come on board, you’ll be exposed to suppliers and have to identify the best strategies to obtain the best materials or services for Mars, while making sustainable development a priority.
