The CAP FINANCIALS platform contains information on some 30 million French companies listed on the INSEE's SIRENE register (12 million active companies) and includes legal information from the Official Bulletin of Civil and Commercial Announcements (BODACC) and financial data from the National Industrial Property Institute (INPI), which compiles information from courts that have commercial jurisdiction over businesses on the French Registry of Commerce and Companies (RNCS).

Reliable because it comes from official sources, the information is linked to a powerful search engine that allows for more detailed queries (e.g., geographical area, activities, financial performance, parent company, legal status, etc.) and relevant comparative analyses (e.g., sector positioning, market share).

Information available through Cap Financials:  

• Company identity: Company name, SIREN/SIRET number, address, GPS coordinates, telephone numbers, website address, date of creation, list of secondary establishments,
• Detailed financial information for the previous five years (balance sheets, income statements, annexes),
• NOTA-PME rating chosen by INFOGREFFE (overall score out of 10 with explanatory ratios, financial strength, profitability, and solvency ratings as key elements of the performance index),
• Pre-calculated financial ratios, list of MIS, customised ratios,
• Company activity: APE activity codes drawn from the INSEE's NAF classification list  and detailed activity,
• Workforce reported by the company in its balance sheet and employee bands from the INSEE site,
• Statutory directors, managers, auditors, operational officers with LinkedIn profiles and individual email addresses (optional access credits required for display and extraction*)
• Registered trademarks (INPI Trademark Database),
• Identification of the parent company and the list of its subsidiaries and holdings,
• Information on company’s legal activities: notices from BODACC, (e.g., judicial liquidations, judicial reorganisations, safeguard procedures, management changes, cancellations, filing of accounts, etc.)
• Access to INPI digitised documents (e.g., official acts, digitised financial statements)
